Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer consultations, product demonstrations, and engaging experiences on the shop floor. You will drive sales while upholding brand values and educating customers about Freshest Cosmetics, ethical sourcing, and naked packaging.

You will build strong team relationships, contribute to store excellence, and participate in DEIB initiatives as part of daily operations in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
• Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience and identify needs by listening and asking open-ended questions.
• Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging.
• Continually expand product knowledge and confidently recommend products to meet customer needs.
• Develop sales techniques and product knowledge to support team growth and improve performance.
• Promote DEIB and foster collaboration within the team.
• Be punctual and reliable; participate in teamwork and stay updated with company news.
• Maintain a clean, organized store to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Adjust product displays based on sales using Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Follow opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety procedures.
