Job summary

Ernesta is seeking a Seasonal Inside Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to our Design & Sales Specialist team during our busiest season. This in-person role helps remove administrative work so the team can focus on relationships and closing business.

You’ll assist with follow-up, information accuracy, and a seamless sales process for trade customers, ensuring timely support and product expertise across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a consumer-facing role.
• 2+ years in customer service and/or direct consumer sales.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Google Suite, Salesforce, Gladly, and Shopify.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the sales cycle.
• Deliver elevated, consultative service across channels (in person, chat, text, email, phone).
• Share design and product expertise with Ernesta’s customers.
• Support the Inside Sales team through communication and proactive outreach.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Advise customers on sizing, floor plan layouts, and material selection.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom that delights clients.
