Job summary

Ernesta is seeking a Seasonal Inside Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational help to the Design & Sales team during the busy season. This is an in-person, part-time role based in our Preston Royal showroom in Dallas, TX.

You’ll support with tasks across the sales cycle, offer consultative service across channels, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Requires 2+ years in customer-facing roles and proficiency with common software tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role.
• 2+ years of customer service or direct consumer sales.
• Proficient with Zoom, Google Suite, Salesforce, Gladly, and Shopify.
• Solutions oriented with strong judgment and integrity.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative environment and wear many hats.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Design & Sales Specialists with administrative tasks through the sales cycle.
• Provide elevated, consultative service across channels (in person, chat, text, email, phone).
• Deliver design and product expertise to Ernesta’s customers.
• Assist the Inside Sales team with communication and proactive outreach.
• Qualify leads and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Advise customers on sizing, floor plan layouts, and material selection.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and on-brand client experience.
• Spread kindness through every touchpoint to create brand fans.
• Work in-person at the showroom in Preston Royal, Dallas, TX.
