KWFC seeks a Seasonal Shipping & Fulfillment Shift Lead to manage daily warehouse activities on a designated shift. You will lead a small team, assign tasks, monitor throughput, and ensure accurate orders and timely completion while enforcing safety standards.

This full-time seasonal role requires strong communication, reliability, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Production Supervisor and participate in end-of-shift procedures and training for new hires.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates during assigned shift

• End of Shift procedures: Production stations cleaned, trash cans emptied, cardboard taken out to bins
