Qualifications

• Seasonal supervisor role experience preferred.
• Ability to train and schedule staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of associates during a shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedures are maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
