Responsabilidades

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and monitor quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage career development; perform other duties as assigned.
