Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member at our Sheboygan, WI store. This part-time role emphasizes weekends and nights, with a focus on friendly customer service, quick checkouts, and active shopping assistance.

You will help with stock, store presentation, and omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, doing planograms, and ensuring merchandise availability while promoting our Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout with cash handling.
• Promote the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) activities; maintain in-stock conditions.
• Support store safety, shrink, and SOP compliance; follow company programs.
