Bloomingdale's in Bridgewater Township, NJ is seeking a B-Helpful Professional to act as a friendly in-store resource for customers and associates. You will manage the in-store service hub, assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, easy returns, tourism information, and booking appointments for in-store services.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate service, using technology, collaboration with teams, and supporting a fun, engaging shopping experience for guests.

Qualificações

• Candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply
• No experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
