Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Able to assist customers and answer questions
• Willing to learn store programs and policies

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and process payments
• Promote and enroll customers in rewards programs and private label cards
• Support omnichannel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms
