Job summary

The B-Helpful Professional at Brobston Group supports customers and associates in the store by managing the in‑store service hub and ensuring a quick, seamless shopping experience through customer assistance, order pickup, returns, tourism information, and service appointment bookings.

You will use store technology and participate in merchandising and operational activities, while greeting customers with friendly service and collaborating with team members to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, and ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and store technology, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with friendly, genuine service.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and bookings for in-store services.
• Use technology to support customer service and store operations.
