The B-Helpful Professional at Brobston Group supports customers and store associates at an in-store service hub to create a quick, seamless, and enjoyable shopping experience. You’ll assist with pickup orders, returns, tourism information, and service appointments.

Qualifications

• No experience required; candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
