Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Corona, CA is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers shop, deliver friendly service, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will also unload trucks and stock shelves, keeping the store well-merchandised and in stock.

The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift heavy boxes; willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings is expected. Cross-training in framing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stay standing for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Cross training in Custom Framing selling and production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Provide a fast checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with omnichannel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, respectful manner and uphold the store's brand promises.
