Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain a well-merchandised store with planograms and recovery standards.

Responsibilities include POS cash handling, assisting with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and promoting rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
• Cash handling and POS experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find items.
• Provide fast checkout and cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking.
• Maintain store recovery standards and participate in planograms.
• Support Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them when appropriate.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety policies to ensure compliance and store standards.
