Job summary

Brobston Group in New York City is seeking a front desk associate to provide friendly, efficient service to customers and associates as a go-to resource throughout the store. You will manage an in-store service hub to support pickup orders, returns, tourism information, and appointments.

You will greet and engage customers, assist with BOPIS, simple returns, and use store technology to support merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• No experience required; a high school diploma or equivalent is encouraged.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexible retail scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
