Brobston Group is seeking a Service Associate to create a seamless in-store experience. You will greet customers, assist with pickup orders, simple returns, tourism information, and service appointments, helping both customers and colleagues.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and with others, and a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. You should be able to stand, walk, use computers, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and other technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
