Brobston Group seeks a friendly, customer-focused Retail Service Associate to assist shoppers at our service hub. You will support online order pickups, returns, tourism information, and in-store service appointments to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling BOPIS, simple returns, and using store technology while contributing to merchandising and daily operations. This role requires adaptability and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• No experience required; high school diploma or equivalent encouraged.
