Job summary

Discovery Land Company seeks a Seasonal Busser/Runner for its Hamptons venues (Dune Deck Beach Club in Westhampton Beach and The Hills in East Quogue). The role runs April 1, 2027 through October 31, 2027, with H-2B visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Three months of experience in a high-volume environment at a restaurant, resort, or private club.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors.
• Able to stand, walk, and move for more than four hours.
• Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Background check will be performed.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate food service by cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, and resetting tables.
• Deliver food items to guest tables and ensure correct delivery.
• Clear table surfaces and restock as needed.
• Replace silverware and maintain chairside cleanliness.
• Prepare runner station per checklist and restock as necessary.
• Answer guest questions about menu items.
• Follow restaurant policies, training, safety, and security.
• Attend briefings, meetings, and trainings as required.
