Job summary

The Server at the AG Retail Flagship Chicago location delivers food and beverages and creates an outstanding dining experience for guests. You will greet guests, explain menu options, upsell effectively, and maintain tables and the dining area with a focus on safety and courtesy.

Preference is for ServSafe certification and 1–2 years in a high-volume or fine dining environment. Mattel emphasizes inclusion, growth, and a flexible work model for this role.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification, preferred.
• 1–2 years in high-volume or fine dining restaurant preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and inform them of food and beverage options.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients; suggest items for allergies.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Efficiently perform service duties including upselling and timely delivery.
• Follow safety guidelines and assist with teamwork for events.
