Job summary

Blue Dog Hospitality Group is seeking a motivated Server for the summer season at Deauville Inn, located in Strathmere, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages efficiently. Previous experience in a restaurant, strong communication skills, and flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts are required. Seasonal position available starting after 4/1/2026.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their orders promptly.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guests' questions.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout their meal.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
