Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus minimum 3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions about food, beverages, wines and service.
• Knowledgeable of menu items, preparation and prices.
• Greet guests professionally and use their name during service.
• Relays orders accurately to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen/service bars.
• Responsible for station financials per established procedures.
• Attend resort training classes and outlet staff meetings.
• May be required to work at various Food & Beverage locations and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, beverages, wines and service.
• Relays order accurately to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Greet Member/Guest in a timely, friendly, professional manner and use their name three times during service.
• Efficiently deliver and serve food and/or beverages and restock stations for next meal.
• Check out with supervisor and stay knowledgeable about menu items and prices.
