Job summary

The Club at Cordillera Mountain in Edwards, Colorado is seeking a friendly Full-Time Server for a seasonal role lasting up to six months. The position requires taking and delivering orders, describing daily specials, and ensuring guest satisfaction while working with a hospitality-focused team at Troon Golf, LLC.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED, and basic knowledge of a POS system; food safety and alcohol awareness training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and menu items; answers questions and offers recommendations.
• Takes and delivers food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and restock as needed.
• Maintains organized workstation and supports pre-shift tastings and meetings.
