Job summary

The Westin New York Grand Central is seeking a Server/Busser to join our Food & Beverage team in New York, NY. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, bus tables, and support the dining room during peak periods.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean stations, replenishing service ware, and ensuring hospitality standards are met while complying with safety regulations. Previous hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: greet guests, take orders, deliver items, present checks and process payments.
• Food & Beverage Support: deliver food/beverages, replenish supplies, maintain service areas.
• Food Station Responsibilities (Breakfast & Meals): monitor and replenish stations, keep displays stocked.
• Cleanliness & Organization: clear and reset tables, transport dishes, keep areas hazard-free.
• Teamwork & Compliance: support teammates, follow brand standards and health regulations.
