Job summary

Carver Road Hospitality is hiring a part-time busser in New York, NY 10036 to support a busy restaurant and lounge. You will set and clear tables, prep beverage stations, and keep dining areas clean while delivering friendly, attentive service.

Qualifications

• Previous busser/hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge.
• Ability to stand, lift and bend for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean machines and coffee equipment and maintain station cleanliness.
• Set up and clear tables, restock silverware and keep glasses full.
• Prepare coffee and tea beverages and ensure sanitary service areas.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and monitor supplies.
• Communicate guest needs to FOH and BOH staff to ensure service quality.
• Maintain professional appearance and participate in daily pre-service meetings.
