Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, UT seeks enthusiastic Seasonal Server's Assistants for our Breakfast with Santa event. This part-time, seasonal role requires weekend morning availability on the listed dates.

You will perform side work, assist servers by running food and drink orders, monitor health and safety standards, and keep the outlet clean. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Accomplishing a set list of side work duties in a timely manner
• Responsible for adhering to all State, Federal and local laws as they pertain to the sale and service of food and beverage products
• Responsible for monitoring the actions of guests and staff ensuring proper health and safety standards are met
• Will be available to assist servers by; running food &/or drink orders, expedite food, buss, pre-buss, set & pre-set tables, fill waters, retrieve bread and openly communicate information to the table’s appropriate server
• Works cohesively with other team members and good communicator
• Maintaining specified levels of cleanliness within the outlet including trash removal, vacuuming, and cleaning tables of food
• Will be available to assist servers by; running food &/or drink orders, expedite food, buss, pre-buss, set & pre-set tables, fill waters, retrieve bread and openly communicate information to the table’s appropriate server
• Performs other job-related duties as directed
