Discovery Land Company’s Hamptons locations are seeking Seasonal Servers to join the Food & Beverage - Service Department for the April 1, 2027 to October 31, 2027 season. Greet guests, demonstrate knowledge of offerings, and support a seamless service experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities include running food, clearing tables, inputting orders, and assisting with inventory and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays; shifts longer than eight hours.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Indoor and outdoor work.
• Stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Lift and carry items sometimes greater than 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Background check will be performed at the expense of the employer.

• Demonstrate knowledge of menu, offerings, and allergens.
• Assist with member or guest issues in a professional manner.
• Run food, clear tables, and reset china, glassware, and silverware as needed.
• Support team for efficient service and communicate with managers.
• Input orders into POS accurately and ensure correct checks.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure equipment is well-maintained.

Employer of record is: DLV Hamptons Management LLC Dune Deck Beach Club is seeking Seasonal Servers to join the Food & Beverage - Service Department. This role is available April 1, 2027 – October 31, 2027. H-2B visa sponsorship is available. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.**Key Responsibilities*** Greet all guests and members promptly and politely, and by name whenever possible.* Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including preparation and components of each dish and allergens.* Assist with any member or guest issues and concerns in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner.* Prepared to run food, clear tables, reset any China, glassware, or silverware as needed.* Support the rest of the team for efficient service.* Carefully input all orders into the point-of-sale system and ensure accuracy of check throughout service.* Prioritize communication with all team members and managers during service.* Complete all opening and closing procedures as instructed.* Maintain an eye for detail, including checking all areas of the restaurant for garbage, dishes, and glassware.* Assist with execution of departmental goals and objectives.* Monitor inventory levels through regular inventory checks.* Maintain all equipment and be sure it is handled properly.* Adhere to all company policy and procedures.**Qualifications*** Six (6) months of experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.* Required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts greater than eight (8) hours in length.* Required to read, write, speak, and understand English.* Required to work indoors and outdoors.* Required to stand, walk, and move for a period of greater than four (4) hours.* Required to lift, carry, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push and pull.
