Discovery Land Company’s Hamptons locations The Hills and Dune Deck Beach Club seek seasonal Bartenders for April 1, 2027 – October 31, 2027. You will craft cocktails, mix and serve drinks, greet guests by name, and maintain a polished bar area.

The role requires 12 months front-of-house experience in high-volume settings, flexibility, English proficiency, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) months of front-of-house experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.
• Required to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours.
• Required to work indoors and outdoors.
• Required to stand, walk, and move for more than four hours.
• Must be able to lift and carry items sometimes over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Bartender will execute craft cocktails and present new ideas to management.
• Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or via waitstaff.
• Greet guests and members, by name when possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and storage areas.
• Follow cocktail recipes and house-made ingredients.
• Record transactions in the POS system and issue accurate checks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverages, ingredients, and wine pairings.
• Respond to guest needs with a sense of urgency during interactions.

This role is available April 1, 2027 – October 31, 2027. H-2B visa sponsorship is available.
