Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Seasonal Research Associate to support peak operational activities from March through December. You will assist with planning, planting, harvesting, data collection, and trial maintenance, while ensuring safety and data integrity across field operations.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in agriculture or related field, plus experience with precision agriculture tools and agronomic practices. You will work with a team and may supervise contract labor on or off site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an agriculture-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with agronomic data collection and interpretation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for field operations.

Responsabilités

• Support peak operational activities March to December.
• Plan, communicate, and assist with planting, harvesting, and data collection.
• Operate field equipment and monitor trial layouts for data accuracy.
• Supervise contract labor and Syngenta staff on and off site.
• Regularly update peers and supervisors on project status.
