Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Security professional to help maintain the highest standards of guest service and resort safety at Arizona's premier luxury destination. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will greet guests professionally, understand event details, and ensure the five-diamond standard across the resort.

You will contribute to a fast-paced environment, coordinate with outlets, and perform duties with integrity and calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Two years Security experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service.
• Ensure five diamond representation of resort.
• Understand all tasks in the outlet.
• Have knowledge of all event activities: location, time, and event.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Ensure five diamond representation of resort.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This position will officially start in September.

Your experience and skills include:

• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
• Two years Security experience preferred
