Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a security professional to join our luxury resort team. You will help maintain a five-diamond guest experience, greet guests professionally, and support event teams during major occasions.

The role emphasizes reliability, calm under pressure, teamwork, and strong communication. We offer extensive employee benefits, training through our Academies, and opportunities for career growth within Accor.

Qualifications

• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
• Two years Security experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
