Qualifications

• Minimum two year degree or combination of experience and post high school business related coursework.
• Prior hospitality experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate school program participants and day ski groups.
• Assist Tickets & Rental Department with operations.
• Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries.
• Process payments (cash, credit cards, and room charges).
• Maintain attendance, participant and incident records; prepare reports.
• Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
