Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a guest service-focused team member for boot and ski rental operations. You will greet guests, fit rental equipment, complete paperwork, and share resort information to ensure a positive slope experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with strong communication, reliability, and adherence to safety guidelines. This on-site role involves standing for long periods, evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a friendly, safety-conscious team at Crystal Mountain.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Recommend ski/board length and make sure bindings are set correctly for skill level.
• Properly fit guests with rental boots for skiing and/or snowboarding.

Boot Rental

• Find the proper boot fit for each customer to create positive slope experiences.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Minimum age for Ski Rental position is 18.
• Minimum age for Boot Rental position is 14.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear.
• The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule.
• Must have excellent attendance and conduct record for consideration.
• Non-smoking candidates preferred.
