Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Valid state driver''s license and auto insurance are required.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings is required.
• Must read/write/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and breaking down rental events at schools.
• Load/unload and move instruments and supplies up to 50 pounds.
• Prepare inventory and paperwork before events (tagging, checklists).
• Greet families, answer questions, and assist with the rental process.
• Use mobile/tablet tools to reserve inventory, complete rentals, and support order fulfillment during events.
• Communicate clearly with Education Account Managers, teammates, parents, and school staff.
• Travel to/from prep locations and event sites within the marketplace.
• Complete required training and support other tasks as assigned.
