Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking Sales Associates to deliver world class service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers warmly, understand needs, explain product benefits, and upsell while maintaining merchandising standards.

You’ll use the GUEST service approach, manage POS transactions, and support training, promotions, and store cleanliness. A professional appearance and strong teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional conduct and attire in compliance with dress code.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class service using the GUEST approach.
• Greet and welcome customers warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs and ask open-ended questions.
• Explain features and benefits relative to customer needs.
• Suggest additional items to build on sales and upsell.
• Thank customers and invite return visits.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with POS duties.
