Job summary

Paycom is seeking Sales Associates to deliver world class service in a fast-paced retail setting in Florida. You will greet customers, identify needs, explain product benefits, and upsell where appropriate while processing transactions at the POS.

Maintain shelves, restock, and keep the store clean and organized to meet merchandising standards. In this role you will be a brand ambassador, uphold professional conduct, and participate in training to enhance product knowledge and customer

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail is preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class service using the G.U.E.S.T. approach to every customer.
• Greet customers warmly and identify needs with open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and upsell additional items when appropriate.
• Ring up customers accurately at the POS and process transactions.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Assist with promotions and ensure awareness of current offers.
