Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Orlando seeks a friendly Sales Associate to deliver world-class service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, understand needs with open-ended questions, explain product features, and ring up purchases at the POS while maintaining merchandising standards.

You’ll contribute to store goals by suggesting add-ons, processing new product, stocking shelves, and upholding TPS/G.U.E.S.T. service, staying compliant with dress code and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Professional conduct and attire in compliance with dress code.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Explain product features and benefits in relation to customer needs.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales using effective selling techniques.
• Ring up customers at the POS accurately and process transactions.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock shelves.
• Support promotions and training resources as required.
