Job summary

Paycom - ATS Mansfield, MA is seeking a Seasonal Part-time Sales Associate to deliver world class service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, assess needs, explain products, and process transactions at the POS.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail experience is preferred.

• Experience in specialty retail is preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and delivering world class service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits with in-depth knowledge.
• Suggest additional items using effective selling techniques.
• Thank the customer and invite return visits.
• Be a TPS brand ambassador and build customer loyalty.
• Maintain a positive work environment with respectful, ethical behavior.
• Present professionally and comply with dress code.
• Support sales efforts across channels to maximize sales.
• Capture accurate customer information at the POS.
• Process promotions correctly at the POS.
• Participate in training and development.
• Prepare incoming product for the sales floor per supervisor guidance.
• Merchandise products following visual standards.
• Perform ear piercings where licensed and per guidelines.
• Demonstrate knowledge of computers and systems relevant to the position.
• Maintain store cleanliness and maintenance.
• Complete tasks as directed by management.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.
