Job summary

Under Armour in Texas City is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store organized during peak seasons. You’ll support daily operations and assist with stock duties as needed while helping customers find the right apparel and footwear.

Ideal candidates are energetic and reliable, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn technology at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Comfortable using technology and store devices at the point of sale.
• Basic English proficiency; local language fluency preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in certain states).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to meet customer needs.
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store to maintain presentation.
• Operate front and back of store including POS and payment processing.
• Handle omni-channel requests through digital experience and team collaboration.
• Promote the Rewards program to drive loyalty.
• Support daily operations and assist with stock duties as needed.
