Job summary

Under Armour in the United States is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store organized. You will support daily operations, assist with stock, and participate in front and back-of-store duties, including POS transactions, to meet seasonal goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handhelds and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience; collaborate well within a team.
• Educate customers about our Rewards program to build loyalty.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Perform tasks according to Under Armour processes and attendance policy.
