Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive short-term sales and keep the store organized during busy seasons.

You'll assist with daily operations, stock duties when needed, and help customers with product recommendations while supporting omni-channel requests. This part-time, hourly role is ideal for building experience and earning extra income through summer and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Assist with front and back of store tasks including POS and payment processing.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience and work well in a team.
• Promote customer loyalty through the Rewards program.
