Job summary

Under Armour is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates for Houston stores. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, help customers select apparel and footwear, and assist with stock and store upkeep.

The role supports front and back-of-store duties, POS usage, and omni-channel requests, with a focus on teamwork and meeting sales goals. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old (18 in CA), able to lift up to 25 lbs, and flexible to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California)
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs
• Basic English is a plus
• Available to work holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recommend apparel and footwear to customers
• Stock, straighten, and keep the store clean
• Handle front and back of store tasks including POS and payments
• Assist with omni-channel requests and UA processes
• Promote customer loyalty through the Rewards program
• Be accountable for personal development and performance growth
• Fulfill scheduled hours according to Under Armour policy
