Job summary

Under Armour is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates in Katy, Texas to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain a clean, organized store. You will support daily operations, stock duties when needed, and assist both in-store and omni-channel transactions during peak seasons.

Ideal candidates are energetic, motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, and available for flexible schedules including holidays, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to bend, squat, reach, and climb as needed.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with checkout.
• Recommend apparel and footwear to customers.
• Maintain stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Assist with front and back-of-store tasks, including POS and payments.
• Process omni-channel requests and collaborate with the team.
• Promote loyalty through the Rewards program.
• Be accountable for personal development and growth opportunities.
• Follow UA processes and policies for omni-channel requests.
