Job summary

ALO in Berkeley, CA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and bring the ALO Brand Mission to life.

You will engage customers, drive sales, and collaborate with leadership to optimize floor coverage and inventory, while learning all facets of our Retail, Yoga, and Café model.

This role requires active movement, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule during the Blackout period and holidays.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Self-motivated with results-oriented mindset.

• Constant movement in and around store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and be on your feet for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage customers to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily and educate guests on product, community, and culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports and deliver growth opportunities.
• Ensure floor coverage and replenish inventory while maintaining visual standards.
