Job summary

Kirkland’s Home in California is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience consistent with our customer service model. You will assist with selling, cashiering, replenishment, and floorset setup while collaborating with management.

You will greet customers, promote loyalty programs and promotions, maintain the sales floor and inventory accuracy, and contribute to brand presentation. A flexible schedule including weekends is required in a dynamic retail team.

• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise offerings to build baskets.
• Maintains merchandising presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy, and supports stockroom organization.
• Supports branding and teamwork by staying respectful and professional with customers and coworkers.
• May perform other duties as necessary.
