Job summary

Boot Barn in Kerrville, TX is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners for part-time, in-store roles focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will sell with product knowledge, maintain merchandising standards, and support store operations as a trusted team member.

As a Seasonal Partner, you will work with the store leadership to meet goals, participate in promotions, and provide friendly, efficient service. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and store setup.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain cash/ POS accountability.
• Seek ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
