Job summary

Boot Barn in Granbury, TX is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will engage customers, learn product features, and support selling and service excellence across departments.

This role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays. You will help with floor moves, stock replenishment, and cashier duties while upholding Boot Barn's values and community focus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain measurable goals such as UPT, ADT, add-ons and data capture rates.
• Be informed about current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display, setup and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately and manage cash at POS.
• Develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with the store leadership.
• Adhere to laws and company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
