Job summary

Boot Barn in Port Arthur, TX is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to create an exceptional in-store experience. You will engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and process sales at POS while upholding Boot Barn's mission and values.

As a Part-time role, you’ll work with a team to meet performance metrics, merchandise collections, and maintain store standards. Benefits include discounts, PTO, and a path for growth within the Boot Barn Partners network.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed about current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock; complete sales transactions accurately at POS.
