Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Sales Partner to create an exceptional in-store experience by engaging customers, sharing product knowledge and handling POS transactions. You will help maintain visual merchandising, stock floor displays and support promotions with a strong focus on customer service.

This role offers competitive hourly pay, merchandise discounts and growth opportunities as the company opens more stores. Flexible scheduling and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays and housekeeping.
• Process merchandise, monitor and replenish floor stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS registers and manage cash/media.
• Develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with store leadership.
