Job summary

David Yurman is seeking a Bellevue-based Seasonal Operations Support to provide administrative and logistical assistance for the Retail Store Operations Staff. The assignment runs from late September 2026 through January 2027, with non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The role involves POS entry, call handling, floor assistance when tasks allow, and ensuring visual standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an operational role in a customer service environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented and able to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e. on the sales floor, operations).

Responsibilities

• Enters sales at POS.
• Answers and properly directs all incoming calls.
• Assists on the sales floor when all tasks are completed or when necessary to satisfy clients’ needs.
• Maintains consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards reflecting current visual guidelines and priorities.
• Assists Sales and Operations team wrap client packages.
• Assists Operations team with the cleaning of client jewelry.
• Assists Operations team with restocking store packaging, stationary, and related supplies.
• Assists with unwrapping David Yurman Bags for easy access and organizing pocket folders.
• Packages and ships client orders as needed.
• Inventorying office supply, packaging, and stationary needs.
• Identify client jewelry repairs and maintain case line cleanliness.
• Help organize understock and inventory serial case audits.
