Responsibilities

• Enters sales at POS.
• Answers and properly directs all incoming calls.
• Assists on the sales floor to satisfy clients’ needs.
• Maintains visual merchandising and housekeeping standards reflecting guidelines.
• Assists with wrapping client packages and shipping.
• Assists with organizing jewelry cleaning and restocking packaging/stationery.
• Supports inventory audits and understock management.
