Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; convey Deckers Brands Vision.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
